Quiet, great value for the price, maintenance is always fast and convenient, nice size unit, washer/dryer in unit, dedicated parking spot included with rental, daily garbage pick up and friendly attentive office personnel

I have lived here a very long time this apartment complex is worth it has a lot of amenities, and it is close to places that you can walk to, and I love the area

I'm moving out of Fountain Springs Apartments today and yes, there have been hiccups with the previous leasing companies but the most recent company that has moved in is great. Security Properties Residential employees Teaira Smith, Jay T and Lisa Thompson have been nothing but nice to me and helped facilitate my moving out every step of the way to make sure it went as smoothly as possible and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed to get my security deposit back and genuinely cared for my situation. Kelsie is amazing she's helped me so much and the maintenance guy fixed one of my issues fast. Kelsie is not allowed to ever leave until I do.

I have been here for over fifteen years and Luise the maintenance supervisor is a very nice guy. He went out of his way to replace our air conditioner
