Fountain Springs Ratings and Reviews

I visited Fountain Springs with a friend who needed to finish some paperwork, and I was honestly blown away by the customer service. Even though it was busy, the two ladies at the front desk took time to talk with us, and the Property Manager personally came out to offer water, hot cocoa, or coffee. Maintenance also stopped by to make sure we had been helped. I’ve never been to an apartment complex where every staff member genuinely wanted to help. The entire team was amazing—truly great customer service.

Maintenance did a great job to get work done in my apartment. They were very quick and knew what they were doing to get the issues fixed.

I’d just like to say, Lisa is by far the sweetest, kindest, and most helpful woman we have encountered!! She was very respectful, very patient, and went above and beyond to make us feel heard & seen. We did not get a place here, but i just had to leave a review because she was absolutely amazing!! She deserves all the praise !! Thank you so much again Miss Lisa!! You definitely made a difference in our day!!

my air stopped working for a couple of weeks and I gave the maintenance a call when I had a chance and they came soon as possible. The maintenance supervisor is wonderful and had a very nice attitude.

Ann was great as I was looking to rent. I ended up buying but she knew much about the town.

I am giving them this rating, one for the assistant manager, Ann. She has been super helpful with the process of moving from a not so good place into a new one. She has corrected her employee when she decided to yell and curse at me. Another reason being the maintenance man, that is now leaving. I hope that the next can be ready to fill his shoes!

Ann the Assistant Manager is a Professional and easy to work with I look forward to working with her in the future.

The rent is reasonable, I love the amenities here and the staff is friendly.

Quiet, great value for the price, maintenance is always fast and convenient, nice size unit, washer/dryer in unit, dedicated parking spot included with rental, daily garbage pick up and friendly attentive office personnel

I have lived here a very long time this apartment complex is worth it has a lot of amenities, and it is close to places that you can walk to, and I love the area

I'm moving out of Fountain Springs Apartments today and yes, there have been hiccups with the previous leasing companies but the most recent company that has moved in is great. Security Properties Residential employees Teaira Smith, Jay T and Lisa Thompson have been nothing but nice to me and helped facilitate my moving out every step of the way to make sure it went as smoothly as possible and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed to get my security deposit back and genuinely cared for my situation.
