I have lived here for about 1 month. Space is quiet and have not had any outside issues at all. From the beginning Daniela was awesome. She helped us through the rental application and eased our minds through the entire process. She was excellent to work with. She was always available to answer any question and very respectful even when i became frustrated. 5/5 stars just for her!! I have also had a few maintenance requests since i moved in that just sat, but they did hire a new gentleman to help named John and he was respectful and knowledgeable, he did in 4 days what i was waiting 3 weeks for. I don’t expect perfect but they are trying and always available to help and that’s what matters is understanding helping and being respectful and always trying their best!

Even though it was busy, the two ladies at the front desk took time to talk with us, and the Property Manager personally came out to offer water, hot cocoa, or coffee. Maintenance also stopped by to make sure we had been helped. I’ve never been to an apartment complex where every staff member genuinely wanted to help. The entire team was amazing—truly great customer service.

Security Properties Residential employees Teaira Smith, Jay T and Lisa Thompson have been nothing but nice to me and helped facilitate my moving out every step of the way to make sure it went as smoothly as possible and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed to get my security deposit back and genuinely cared for my situation.
