This place is a disgrace. They gave my mother an eviction notice for non-payment, even though she had moved out. They are never in the office and still collect money from government assistance programs like Section 8, even though they know my mother no longer lives there. Yet, they managed to get paid for Section 8 for three to five months. My mother had no working lights in this place. The maintenance is terrible, and they took advantage of the elderly and wouldnât let loved ones stay there.

This review is primarily for Daniella. We had been putting in requests for several months to have our appliances replaced. She was only here in the office for a short while and got it done. She had real empathy for our situation and got the job done! Thank you Daniella for getting it done and caring enough to do it!!

I have lived here for about 1 month. Space is quiet and have not had any outside issues at all. From the beginning Daniela was awesome. She helped us through the rental application and eased our minds through the entire process. She was excellent to work with. She was always available to answer any question and very respectful even when i became frustrated. 5/5 stars just for her!! I have also had a few maintenance requests since i moved in that just sat, but they did hire a new gentleman to help named John and he was respectful and knowledgeable, he did in 4 days what i was waiting 3 weeks for. I donât expect perfect but they are trying and always available to help and thatâs what matters is understanding helping and being respectful and always trying their best!
