I'm moving out of Fountain Springs Apartments today and yes, there have been hiccups with the previous leasing companies but the most recent company that has moved in is great. Security Properties Residential employees Teaira Smith, Jay T and Lisa Thompson have been nothing but nice to me and helped facilitate my moving out every step of the way to make sure it went as smoothly as possible and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed to get my security deposit back and genuinely cared for my situation. Thank you so much and I'll miss all of you. Aloha -Rob

This place has gone to HELL. People are always taking my covered parking spot and then when you call to have them towed only the office or maintenance can do it and it's every time they are closed. People park wherever the hell they feel like it whether it's a parking spot or not. People are always speeding through like it's a damn race way.The neighbors are noisy as all hell. The parties go on all hours of the night and all days of the week and now with summer it's getting worse. I had called the office one day several times and when they finally answered the response of got was we're not answering the phones. Like really that's not very professional. We need better management and better residents who know how to show some respect for other people around. If I could I would have give a zero star but unfortunately the lowest you can give is a one star.

Kelsie is amazing she's helped me so much and the maintenance guy fixed one of my issues fast. Kelsie is not allowed to ever leave until I do.

I have been here for over fifteen years and Luise the maintenance supervisor is a very nice guy. He went out of his way to replace our air conditioner
