I had the most horrible experience applying there a couple of weeks ago. I had requested an apartment which they said they had I paid an application to be which I was not even supposed to have to pay apparently. Then apparently the next day they fired the management and brought in new. I was upset today I went in because no one had bothered to call me back or keep in contact. I said I might have to rethink whether or not this is a good fit because we're kind of off to a bad start already. Will the new manager just canceled my application and kept my money and I haven't heard from them since even though I've tried numerous times to contact them we're not recommend this place.

Property Maintenance Manager Manuela Knauf! She is the Best thing, besides my in unit washer/dryer. Manuela Knauf makes sure trash and dog doo doo from lazy residents is cleaned up daily, and has been here through thick, thin, bad, good, snow, heat, wind, and gang violence. Manuela Knauf also does apartment maintenance with a smile, is courteous and knowledgeable. She deserves 10 stars! The complex, no comment.

I am giving them this rating, one for the assistant manager, Ann. She has been super helpful with the process of moving from a not so good place into a new one. She has corrected her employee when she decided to yell and curse at me. Another reason being the maintenance man, that is now leaving. I hope that the next can be ready to fill his shoes!

Great tour experience with Ann she was very patient with me and was very knowledgeable. If considered for the property I can see the transition being easy peasy!
