I'd give this a NEGATIVE RATING!!!!!! This place takes advantage of elderly and disabled residents !!!! My mom and other residents that WE KNOW was on AUTO PAY never once got a letter nor a phone call stating they were having AUTO PAY problems just one day when paying rent they said you owe THOUSANDS or HUNDREDS WHICH NOBODY SHOULD OWE ANYTHING ON AUTO PAY and not only that my mom has proof she's over paid what they "CLAIMED", she owes and when confronted with the proof the front office chic LAUGHS and says she owes more money and she doesn't she's well over paid and they said they can't help only take and take more money and they have the nerve to give a email and number they claim is CORPORATE and when emailed the allegations and state that we have proof my mother paid more than she supposedly owed then we get an email stating that they may be able to check emails but they'll be on site October 24th and you would think if it's really corporate why when they were on site they didn't go to talk to my mom who is "DISABLED", and CAN'T search for them on site instead they ignore the situation but expect people to continue to give them more money I need CORPORATE the real CORPORATE to address this problem on why they are TAKING money from my MOM AND OTHER RESIDENTS WHEN SHE CLEARLY ALREADY PAID WHAT SHE OWED AND THEN SOME!!!! SAVE YOURSELF I RECOMMEND RENTING SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE YOU'LL GET THE RUN AROUND AND THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU COME WITH PROOF THAT THEY ARE TAKING MORE MONEY AND CLAIMING THEY CAN'T FIX NOR HELP IN THE FRONT OFFICE BUT YOU CAN REACH OUT TO CORPORATE AND THEY CAN HELP AND IT'S ALL LIES!!!!! AND THEY SAY THEY HAVE A POOL AND CHARGE RESIDENTS A POOL FEE WHICH THEY NEVER CAN UTILIZE IT BECAUSE OF THIS OR THAT BUT THEY DON'T CARE FOR ANYONE WHO LIVES AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AS LONG AS PEOPLE GIVE AND GIVE BUT THEY GET NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AND DISHONESTY AND NO HELP AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!
