The place is really clean, and the lobby is amazing, MJ and Monica the manager are incredible, they always have a welcoming smile and MJ greets me every time I come into the office!

Monica the property manager and MJ the leasing agent were very helpful and hands on they made sure everything went smoothly and they were very knowledgeable they had an answer to all my questions, they helped my get into my very first place and they were attentive to my needs they made me feel so welcomed I’d recommend coming here , The property is beautiful and very clean , given that I’m new to Colorado I love it here

My sister-in-law has been residing at these apartments since 2023 and had no issues until June of this year. Since then, she has been experiencing mold in her bathroom. Despite numerous service requests being submitted, maintenance has repeatedly closed them without actually addressing or treating the problem. Additionally, she has now been without hot water or heat for three days, and no one has come to resolve the issue. We attempted to contact the after-hours maintenance emergency line, only to discover that the service is suspended. We then called the after-hours customer service line, but were told they do not service this property—even though it is managed by AMC. We were informed that the invoice for this service has not been paid, leaving residents without a way to reach the community in emergencies. How is this property being managed under these circumstances? Today, my brother-in-law went to the leasing office to speak with staff but was met with rude and dismissive behavior. We requested contact information for the regional manager, and the staff refused to provide it. Instead, they questioned whether service requests had been submitted—despite the fact that we have proper documentation showing ongoing, unresolved issues. My sister-in-law is pregnant and should not be subjected to unsafe living conditions or this level of neglect. Someone needs to contact us today, as this situation is unacceptable and requires immediate attention.

This place back when I lived there had no parking, dryer was broken for months with nobody to fix it. There was a fire inspection that said to leave the extinguisher up front. Three men came into the apartment just yelling and I had just gotten out of the shower. They stared at me half dressed. Saying they needed to come into my bedroom? The letter i received never stated they needed to enter the rooms. I think they must have just been perverts. Heaven forbid u have any teenage girls living with u. Who knows what would have happened. This was years back. I did write a review back then. Who knows how long the reviews stay on here. That was a really scary moment for me. I feel other women need to be aware this happened at this complex. I moved due to this incident. I've been happy ever since. Yea its a terrible complex overall. Bad area along with the other stuff.

Yet ANOTHER property manager has left the building! This place has such a huge turnover of management! The only constant has been Lisa and she is phenomenal! She was helping me with something and the rude property manager Amanda came over and disrespected Lisa so bad, right in front of me! I felt so sorry for her! Love my apartment, couldn't stand Amanda and Bruce, the maintenance man. He made promises and never followed thru. He must have taught Jacob that since that's all he does is not keep appointments or promises and is great lying to your face!!

This apartment duplex is exploiting vulnerable residents, particularly targeting the elderly community. Despite providing clear proof that rent payments were made on time, management continues to falsely claim outstanding balances, refusing to acknowledge evidence even after multiple incidents over the years. My mother, who has lived here for a decade, has been repeatedly accused and unfairly charged, disrupting her life and peace of mind. This ongoing pattern of deception and financial harm cannot continue unchecked. Legal action will be pursued to hold these scammers accountable, as kindness and patience have failed to stop their predatory practices. Residents should be warned not to waste their money or trust here—this place preys on the sick, elderly, and low-income tenants without remorse. The people that also own this establishment doesn't care either because they were also provided with the proof and still the $300 she overpaid from the last time they tried to pull this they still haven't credit her account instead years later they try to pull the same thing saying that she owes him $1,000 and that's ridiculous because everything's digital and proof is right there easy for us to get so this time I'm going to force my elderly sick mom to get an attorney to fight against this apartment duplex and the staff that constantly harasses and trying to steal her money and get them shut down!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed in choosing this place. I been living without AC since the first day I moved in. I put in a work order and was told that AC is not a necessity. My apartment is 89 degrees and my daughter has asthma. She has had an asthma attack already because of the heat in the apartment. My assigned parking is about a 5 minute walk from my apartment which is difficult to do with kids & bad weather. Sometimes someone else is parked in my spot. The application process took 3-4 weeks. I deeply regret moving in and I hate to say that because the property is absolutely beautiful and the apartment is very spacious. In addition, Lisa has outstanding excellent customer service skills. She is the sweetest person I met in a very long time. I am not trying to bash living here but between living without no ac and parking issues I would look elsewhere to save you the headache & hassle.
