A whole month and they havent fixed our washer btw. Took them almost two weeks to fix the a/c.. ð

I have lived here for about 1 month. Space is quiet and have not had any outside issues at all. From the beginning Daniela was awesome. She helped us through the rental application and eased our minds through the entire process. She was excellent to work with. She was always available to answer any question and very respectful even when i became frustrated. 5/5 stars just for her!! I have also had a few maintenance requests since i moved in that just sat, but they did hire a new gentleman to help named John and he was respectful and knowledgeable, he did in 4 days what i was waiting 3 weeks for. I donât expect perfect but they are trying and always available to help and thatâs what matters is understanding helping and being respectful and always trying their best!

new management making lots of great little changes for better and maitnence crew now is awesome and friendly and go above and beyond, well changes didn't last long. Now we are dealing with shootings all the time. 3 now in 2 weeks and management don't seem to be able to do anything or won't get out the riff raff
