New management company AMC 3rd company in 5 years! 2nd office manager in 3 months the current office staff is rude and condescending. As a resident here of more than 5 years they have no respect for current residents all they care about is getting new residents. The property is not maintained at all there are used mattresses at all the dumpsters, open oil containers from oil changes, broken fencing around dumpsters, broken blinds everywhere, maintenance only picks up trash that can be seen from his golf cart, gunfire on a regular basis. Upon voicing concerns to office I get the same tale,it has only been 2 weeks since we took over the property. That was 3 months ago. And the maintenance crew 2 guys been here now more than 2 weeks. The pool not properly maintained, balanced or cleaned, but maintenance man doesn't care because he knows residents don't know any better and as long as it's open they will swim in it. Tried to make an appointment to see on sight manager this afternoon and was almost kicked out of office for doing so. Drive around the entire property before making your decision to go in the office. Edit Update 6/16/26 The response I got was corporate written AI, there is no on site manager at this property anymore which means she quit after less than 2 weeks on the job. This is a pitiful excuse for a so called Professional Property Excellence. The 5 Star reviews are from people that just moved in or are fake.
