I want to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to the maintenance man Joe Shade. I have only lived here a week, and he has addressed almost ALL of my maintenance requests. I can confidently say he is the best I have ever encountered. THANK YOU JOE

This is the worst apartment complex Iâve ever lived in, my unit was disgusting when I moved it not cleaned still occupied with trash in cabinets under and behind the stove and fridge, dead bugs on the floor, unclean carpet and overall unclean. Never offered any type of discount or cleaning services. Dishwasher didnât work for the first 4 months. Was told they would fix it they never did. Change property managers like they change their clothes, the next being worse than the last. And they all blame it on the next person. Take days to fix anything, the maintenance men basically do nothing. Things that cause me problems in the unit now are only fixed days later and not offered to compensate. There is always shootings no parking, fighting. ppl occupy close parking and never move. Trash all over . Would never recommend EVER. They deserve -5 stars.

My AC has been broken for 2 years. They lied to me week after week and year after year saying it would be fixed in a week. Put in work orders and they are closed the next day.. The girl in the office is very rude but in her own little nonchalant way. Grin in your face when you're expressing it's 85 degrees in my apartment on a daily basis and unlivable.. This place is a money grab for the owners. They don't care about the property at all. Its dirty, dog crap everywhere, stairwells are disgusting and stink. But, I will be seeking advice because what they are doing goes against the fair Housing Act!!! The picture added is from 7/21/26 at 2 in the afternoon!!
